Failed Grant Application

"Thank you for submitting a proposal to the Leventhal Center's 2026–2027 Small Grants for Early Career Digital Publications cycle. I am sorry to have to share the disappointing news that your proposal was not selected for a grant award this year.

Our review process this year was made more difficult than ever not only by a large number of excellent applications, including yours, but also because we will have more limited curatorial and technical capacity on our team in 2026–2027. For that reason, we selected a smaller than usual number of awards this cycle. We anticipate returning to an enlarged cohort in the 2027–2028 cycle and encourage you to consider resubmitting your proposal at that time.

We are grateful for the effort and care you invested in your application, and we would welcome the opportunity to consider a future submission should you choose to apply again.

On behalf of our entire team, we wish you the best in your ongoing work."
